What is your return and exchange procedure?

We are happy to exchange or return but we do have a few requirements. The item must be unwashed, unworn, not personalized and the original plastic packaging. The item cannot be seasonal, for example swimwear in December, Easter items 4 days before Easter, Halloween print on October 30th etc. We do not allow returns for sale or purge items.

We must be contacted within 10 days of the delivery date shown by UPS or USPS. This can go by fast and we started adding stickers to our shipments as a little reminder. All returns will be processed in the form of an exchange or gift card for the price of the item. Once you have contacted us, pleas be sure to drop that in the mail within 3 business days. Unfortunately, if too much time goes by to receive a return, we will be unable to take the item back. Please allow 2 business days upon the delivery confirmation for us to process the return. Do not forget to include your name in the shipment.

Defective items will be replaced or issued a gift card based on what I have in stock or am capable of providing as a solution. Please understand that you will need to return the item in order for us to provide this solution. An item that is not what you expected or doesn’t fit is not considered defective and please refer to our policy above.
